Privacy policy

What we collect

We try to retain as little data as possible. On this site we may process the following:

• Addresses of flower vending machines and their owners (name, address, opening hours, photos).
• Visitor statistics via Google Analytics with anonymized IP. Google Analytics cookies are only set in production.
• Reviews and reports you actively submit — including any name and email you provide.
• For subscriptions: billing data via Stripe (we do not store card data ourselves).
• Session tokens and CSRF cookies needed to keep the site running securely.

Why we process it

• Running the website (technically necessary).
• Showing flower vending machines on the map.
• Understanding which pages are popular (analytics).
• Allowing owners to manage their machine page.

How long we keep it

Visitor statistics: up to 14 months. Reviews and reports: as long as the associated machine is on the site. Account data: until you delete your account.

Who we share it with

• Google Analytics — for anonymized visitor statistics.
• Stripe — for processing subscription payments.
• Lettermint — for sending transactional email (claim confirmation, newsletter).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — only when forms are submitted, for bot protection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. Email privacy@bloemmaat.nl and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only functional-necessary cookies plus Google Analytics. A detailed cookie statement will follow once the site goes live.
