They're everywhere.
Along cycle paths, at nurseries, in places you wouldn't expect. Flower vending machines. Always open. Always fresh. Yet strangely invisible if you don't already know where to look.
There was no map. No overview. No simple way to find one nearby.
In 2024, Stan Menten started doing something straightforward: documenting them. Collecting locations, adding photos, and slowly building a clear picture of what had been there all along.
What started small quickly grew. From a handful of spots to hundreds of machines across the Netherlands.
Bloemmaat isn't a shop or a middleman. Growers are listed for free. Nothing is earned from sales.
It's simply a map of something that already existed, but wasn't easy to find.
